Malcolm-Jamal Warner died at age 54 on vacation in Costa Rica. He was born on August 18, 1970, to Pamela Warner and Robert Warner Jr. He rose to prominence for his role as Theodore Huxtable on the NBC sitcom The Cosby Show, which earned him a nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series at the 38th Primetime Emmy Awards. If you grew up in the 1980s or 1990s, you remember him. He is a Black pop culture icon. He was the lovable son, Theo, on The Cosby Show. A talented actor who went beyond Cosby. However, Cosby is how many were introduced to him.

Many nights I was in the Kingdom Hall, so I missed most of The Cosby Show until I became a teenager. But then cable TV was playing reruns. I watched the rerun and saw how good the shows were. He brought comedy to the show and matched Bill Cosby and Phylicia’s comedy. He brought a balance by getting in trouble with his friends.
